1930s Missouri River Construction Video

Presented on this page is a great video showing numerous Ford Model BB V8 trucks being used in the Missouri River Basin navigation and flood and drought control construction projects of the 1930s, including the Fort Peck Dam site on the Kansas-Nebraska border.

This nine minute silent film from The National Archives was originally filmed by the Ford Motor Company.

There are many scenes of numerous Model BB V8 dump trucks in action working with draglines, power shovels, graders, excavators, and aggregate fill.
