This pic shows the typical Model B transmission floor shifter plate. Also shown is the clutch throw-out access plate for greasing the fitting on the clutch inspection cover. This round plate was originally riveted to the upper floorboard. It interfaces to the transmission floor plate.
As typical in 1932, there are about three flavors of everything, with subtle variations in stamping shape and cutout shapes and location. I believe that all Model B transmission floor plates essentially look identical to this one.
