The pic below shows the Model B passenger car shift lever B-7210 used in 1932. There are two styles of lever for 1932. Pictured is B-7210 with a sweeping curve at the base. Lever B-7211 has a distinct bend like a Model A lever.
Both levers are butler finished chrome plated. The sharp bend B-7211 lever is seen in all the early 1932 factory photos, and is found on some 1932 commercial shifter tops.
In 1933-34, Ford changed to the 40-7210 lever for cars which also had a sharp bend and looked like the early 1932 lever, though it may be a slightly different length.
There is also a 46-7210-B lever used on 1933-34 four cylinder pickup and commercial chassis.
