Here's what the subrail looked like after removing it from the body.

Here is the new floor assembly mocked up with Cleco's and screws. The number one and number two cross rails are original.

All the other pieces are reproduction which were reworked to fit. All holes were laid out per original Ford detail drawings or transferred from good original examples. After each piece was made to print, they all went together very well and fit precisely.
