Engine Rear Support Brackets & Plates

Pictured above are two varieties of the rear engine support brackets A-5090 and support plates A-5095.

The A-5090 bracket on the left is the typical Model A bracket made from a steel stamping.

The A-5090 bracket on the right is the typical Canadian version which was a cast malleable steel design.

The A-5095 support plate on the left is the typical plain stamped steel plate used on many late 1929 and on 1930-31 models.

The A-5095 plate on the right is the earlier forged steel plate used on 1928-29 models. It is typically found with the part number and Ford script formed in the forging.
