Pictured above is an original AF-13471-B RH tail lamp bracket for use with the 1929-1931 'tea cup' tail lamp.
This lamp bracket was used on the right hand rear fender of Model A's which were produced by Ford Canada for export to other countries of the British Empire, most notably Australia and New Zealand. See the Ford (England) Parts Catalog illustration below, which also shows the right hand lamp bracket.
Though it may appear to have mirror symmetry, the LH and RH brackets actually have a shape complementary to the surface of the fender, and cannot successfully be swapped side to side.
